Insurance Call Centre Specialist (Hybrid)

RedClick in Enniskillen is seeking a Call Centre Agent/Broker Agent to deliver high-quality service to private motor, household and commercial vehicle clients, including direct customers and brokers.

You will be the first point of contact, building rapport, answering queries by phone, email or webchat, and ensuring customers understand policy benefits while pursuing new business opportunities. The role requires GCSEs and experience in sales or service, with strong communication and data accuracy.
