Reed Recruitment is recruiting for an Engineering Project Manager to join a successful manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineering Project Manager seeking a long-term career move, with a clear pathway to Senior Manager level within 5-7 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage workflow through the factory.
• Update and maintain production plans.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Order and manage materials for production.
• Support the sales team with technical quotations.
• Lead the design team to deliver production drawings.
• Assist with the preparation and review of engineering drawings.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong planning, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work across production, design, and commercial functions.
