We’re on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our busy, vibrant office based in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.
We support clients right across the UK, supplying both HGV and non-HGV drivers to some of the country’s leading logistics businesses. We have established client relationships, a busy desk and plenty of opportunities for someone who wants to make their mark and progress their career.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys the buzz of recruitment, thrives under pressure and wants to be part of a supportive team that works hard, enjoys a laugh and celebrates success together.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing relationships with established clients across the UK.
- Recruiting and placing HGV and non-HGV drivers
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, CV databases, social media and your own network.
- Managing the full recruitment process, from initial registration through to placement.
- Building a strong pipeline of quality drivers and keeping candidates engaged.
- Ensuring candidates meet all compliance requirements.
- Delivering a great service to clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be confident, resilient and motivated, with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in driving or industrial recruitment, or within the transport and logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work at pace, prioritise workloads and solve problems.
- A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and winning results.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and a team-player mentality.
