Are you a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity covering commercial facilities across South London?
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management provider, maintaining a range of commercial properties exclusively across South London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer with a building services background who is looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role, with a company van, fuel covered and overtime opportunities available.
The Role
Working across a portfolio of commercial facilities throughout South London, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical systems. You will play an important role in ensuring all sites remain safe, compliant and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out electrical PPMs across various commercial facilities
Responding to reactive maintenance issues and electrical breakdowns
Fault-finding and completing repairs efficiently
Ensuring electrical systems are maintained to a high standard
Completing maintenance documentation and reporting any issues
Working across multiple commercial sites exclusively within South London
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with relevant regulations
About You
Fully qualified Electrician or Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Previous experience within building services or commercial facilities maintenance preferred
Strong knowledge of electrical PPM and reactive maintenance
Confident fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently across multiple sites
Good xwwtmva communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
