Performance Analyst
to join a major digital transformation programme, helping shape data-driven decision making across critical services and products.This is a key role focused on developing and evolving performance measurement frameworks, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring digital services are continuously improved through robust analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Developing and maintaining performance measurement frameworks for digital services and productsDefining, implementing and validating analytics solutions against agreed performance measuresAnalysing complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvementProducing compelling, evidence-based data stories that drive stakeholder understanding and decision makingSupporting the iterative development of products and services through insight-led recommendationsEnsuring the quality, accuracy and integrity of performance data and analysisWorking with both quantitative and qualitative data sources to generate holistic insightsCollaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams including user researchers, designers, delivery professionals and technical specialistsProviding constructive challenge from a digital and data perspective to improve service outcomes
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience operating as a Performance Analyst within Agile digital delivery environmentsStrong understanding of performance measurement frameworks and KPI developmentExperience working with analytics platforms and performance reporting toolsAbility to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for stakeholdersStrong data analysis and storytelling capabilitiesExperience working with both qualitative and quantitative research and data sourcesExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to influence decisions through evidence-based analysis
Desirable Experience
