You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide individualised support, helping pupils develop their independence, communication, confidence and learning skills in a safe, structured and nurturing environment.
The successful candidate will understand the importance of building positive relationships, recognising each child’s individual strengths and needs, and adapting their approach to help every pupil feel valued, included and able to thrive.
The role also includes lunchtime supervision duties, supporting pupils during lunch and play to ensure their safety, wellbeing and positive social interaction.
Working as part of the Resource Base team, you will support pupils individually, in small groups and, where appropriate, alongside their peers in the wider school environment.Location: Frogwell Primary School, Derriads Lane, Chippenham. SN14 0DG.
