Pub GM: Lead Teams, Elevate Guest Experience

Farmhouse Inns is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy pub, develop your team and create a warm welcome for customers. You’ll drive sales, recruit and develop staff, and uphold brand standards while ensuring safety and quality across the operation.

You will need strong leadership, a player/coach mindset, and the ability to manage P&L with commercial acumen. Experience at GM level in hospitality is highly desirable; strong English communication is essential.
