Aligra is seeking a Branch Manager for our South Wales team to lead operations across temporary and permanent placements, develop staff and build our client base. You will promote the Aligra brand, drive growth, and ensure targets are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a basic salary up to £37,500 per annum DOE with uncapped commission and a first-year OTE of £45,000, plus industry-leading training, an EAP, and performance rewards.
