London Site Lead, Data & ML — Build & Impact (Equity)

Almedia in London is seeking a Site Lead for Data & ML to shape a new London data/ML presence. You will remain hands-on while building a small, high-ownership team and defining its growth path.

You’ll own the roadmap for reward/payout optimization, real-time personalization, and offer ranking, partnering closely with the CTO and CSO to tie technical work to business results. Compensation and equity are bespoke.
