Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in operational leadership in an AI/tech startup environment
• Strong examples of building/owning multidisciplinary processes within a startup
• Based in UK and willing to work in a remote-first model
• A “process builder” mindset. You’re focused on time efficiency, automation adoption and building a people-first culture.
