VP of Frontier Research — World Models Leader (London)

Odyssey is seeking a VP of Research to lead and grow the Frontier Research group, driving world model capabilities and novel algorithms. You will shape the research agenda, publish strategic work, and attract top talent while working closely with the CTO and other leaders.

The role requires guiding researchers across multimodal learning, robotics, and multi-agent systems, with a focus on long-horizon, impactful science in a startup mindset.
