Job Description:
Tide is seeking a Lead of Debt Planning & Management to shape and execute Tide’s funding strategy across corporate debt and warehouse funding facilities. You will ensure Tide has the right funding structure, capacity and cost efficiency to support growth while maintaining lender compliance.
You will lead planning, execution and ongoing management of the debt portfolio, collaborating with Finance, Risk, Legal and external funding partners to optimise funding costs and liquidity.
