Chainguard is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a fast-moving team building tools like the Guardener, hardened GitHub Actions, and microVM sandbox platforms. You will own products end-to-end, hire and grow a small team, stay hands-on, and partner with Product to ship iteratively while maintaining software quality and reliability.
You’ll need 2+ years in people leadership, a track record of shipping features, and a strong technical background with Go and cloud/container tech.
