AI Control Tower Architect – Enterprise Adoption & Governance

ServiceNow is seeking an AICT Architect on a global team based in EMEA to drive customer outcomes, roadmap, and value realization for the AI Control Tower. You will own adoption strategy and enterprise architecture decisions across AICT implementations while enabling customers with advisory guidance and hands-on support.

The role includes guiding customers through Discover, Secure, Govern, Observe and Value pillars, supporting EU AI Act compliance, and collaborating with AI Strategists to scale
