Lead Recruitment Delivery at Scale & Talent Strategy

BBC is seeking a strategic leader to head Recruitment delivery, shaping how the organisation attracts and hires talent at scale. You will lead a large, multi-layered team, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive data–led decision making to improve outcomes across the workforce plan.

You will work with Enablement, Employer Brand, and specialist teams to maximise technology and talent intelligence capabilities, delivering exceptional candidate experience and service excellence.
