Crown House Technologies seeks an MEP Commercial Manager for the Stansted Airport Transformation Programme. The role is based in Stansted and covers a major MEP package for the airport development. The employer is Laing O’Rourke’s specialist MEP delivery business.
The manager will lead commercial work through pre-construction and construction, prepare cost reports and forecasts, and review contracts. NEC knowledge and a relevant degree are required; RICS status preferred.
