Commercetools seeks a Senior Manager, Global BDR Function & Operations to lead and scale our BDR organization across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will report to the CMO and drive enterprise pipeline growth through global outbound motions, standardized playbooks, and hands-on leadership of the global BDR team.
Focus on defining SLAs with RevOps and Marketing, owning global team metrics, and creating a single, multi-channel BDR playbook.
