Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare group in London is seeking an Associate to join the London team. You will work on M&A advisory, financings, and valuation projects with senior bankers.

The role offers substantial responsibility, exposure to deals, and opportunities to lead planning and client engagement. You will develop financial models, perform due diligence, and prepare memoranda.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in investment banking, a 2:1 degree, and strong Excel and English communication.
