High-Performance AI Systems Engineer

Scale is seeking a Software Engineer for the AI Infrastructure team to advance our agent sandboxing platform, the secure, high-performance code execution layer behind our agentic workflows. You will work across internal and customer-managed environments to deliver fast, reliable APIs and a strong developer experience.

You will design and maintain sandboxing components, improve isolation, and optimise latency and resource use at scale, partnering with teams to debug issues and shape the roadmap.
