Advocate Group is seeking a Head of HRIS to own and evolve SAP SuccessFactors across the organisation. You will translate business needs into practical HRIS solutions, partnering with HR and IT to deliver value and improve the employee experience.
Reporting to a VP, you will shape the HR technology strategy, manage external partners such as EPI-USE, and lead a small HRIS team. This role combines architecture, business partnering and problem-solving at a global scale.
