OXBO seeks a qualified Legal Counsel to join its growing development team, supporting clean energy projects across the UK and Europe. You will lead site control and land strategy, negotiate option agreements and leases, and advise on planning and regulatory matters.
The role also covers project financing and M&A activities, requiring a solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years PQE and proven renewable energy experience. Hybrid: 2–3 days in London area.
