Patent Attorney – Hybrid Work, IP Strategy & Prosecution

Airbus invites applications for a fully qualified UK Chartered Patent Attorney and/or European Patent Attorney to join its IP team in the UK. You will advise inventors on patentability, draft, file and prosecute patent applications, and help steer portfolio segments in line with the company’s technology and commercial strategy.

You will manage external patent counsel, ensure timely delivery, and address freedom-to-operate risks and pre-dispute work.
