Head of Customer Remediation & Compliance Oversight

Close Brothers’ Compliance Team leads second-line oversight, monitoring and assurance over the end‑to‑end design, delivery and effectiveness of customer remediation programmes and enterprise‑wide issue remediation that impact customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in conduct/customer outcomes governance, including root cause analysis, remediation planning and closure governance, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. We support a hybrid working model.
