Hybrid Primary Care Corporate Lawyer | Flexible M&A

Haggerty Jaques Limited is recruiting a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer (2–6 PQE) to join its specialist Primary Care team in Leeds or Newcastle with hybrid working and a full-time schedule.

You will advise GP practices and other primary care organisations on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including restructuring and transactional work, with direct client contact and a balance of duties across the healthcare sector.
