People Performance Partner — Remote & Coaching

Tem-Energy is hiring a People Performance Manager to join our Performance Service. You will partner with leaders across our Engines and Services to drive sustained performance, onboarding, and development, and to build scalable frameworks for progression and reward.

You’ll co-design progression, performance standards, and pay decisions, own live cases end-to-end, and leverage AI and automation to reduce repetitive work while focusing on judgment and people outcomes.
