FMCG Engineering Team Leader – Hands-on, Shift Leader

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an Engineering Team Leader for a fast-paced FMCG site in Cambridgeshire. You will lead a team of maintenance engineers while staying hands-on with electrical and mechanical maintenance to maximise machine availability.

The role covers planned preventative maintenance, breakdown response, and driving continuous improvement across production lines. Rotating double days, you will help minimise downtime and uphold safety and engineering standards.
