Lead UI/UX Designer — Shape Live Mobile Experiences

NaturalMotion Games seeks a Lead UI/UX Designer to shape the player experience for a new mobile title. You will own end-to-end UX/UI vision, manage a design team, and drive the creative process from wireframes to Unreal Engine implementation.

The role requires shipping titles, mobile live-ops expertise, and mentorship to grow a world-class design team. Hybrid work means two days in London and the rest remote.
