Pre-Construction Manager — Education Projects Lead

RG Setsquare is seeking a Pre Construction Manager to lead the bid and programming phase for a major framework of educational projects in London and the Southeast. The role requires strong process discipline and prior top-tier/main contractor experience, delivering projects from tender through to on-site delivery.

You will manage programming, coordinate trades and design consultants, and chair meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful bid outcomes.
