Assistant Director, M&A SPA – Hybrid Deal Lead

Deloitte in London is seeking an Assistant Director for its fast-growing Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) team within M&A. You will work on high-profile corporate and private equity transactions, developing contractual solutions and contributing to due diligence and completion accounts discussions.

You will collaborate with client teams, lawyers and advisors, delivering robust recommendations and maintaining strong relationships from day one in a dynamic, deal-driven environment.
