Newmark UK, based in London, seeks an experienced Senior Surveyor to Senior Associate in its Residential Investment team. The role focuses on origination and execution of investment transactions across build-to-rent, PRS, affordable housing, student accommodation and related sectors.

Ideal candidates have strong technical and analytical capabilities in residential investment markets, with experience in investment agency/advisory and financial analysis. RICS qualification preferred.
