Hospitality Finance Leader — Multi‑Site Commercial Strategy

Tewinbury Group is recruiting an experienced Accountant Commercial Finance Manager / Financial Accountant to lead the finance function across multiple sites in Hertfordshire. You will partner with the family and leadership team to improve performance and turn commercial opportunities into measurable results.

The role is hands-on, with responsibility for period-end, forecasts, VAT, cash flow and controls, while developing a small finance team and driving automation initiatives.
