Fledglings Child Care is seeking an Ofsted-registered Home Manager to run a brand-new SOLO home in Central Manchester. You will oversee resources, lead care staff, and ensure compliance with the Care Standards Act 2000 and Children’s Homes Regulations.

Report to Head of Care and drive quality outcomes for resident children. The role requires solid leadership, DBS clearance, and experience in residential settings.
