Care Team Lead: Inspire Person-Centred Support

Enable Scotland in Glasgow is seeking a dedicated Team Facilitator to lead a team of Personal Assistants across Bankhall and Annandale Care Homes. You will work with the Service Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred support and effective rostering.

You will drive supervision, induction and staff wellbeing, while maintaining safe care standards and strong external partnerships. A driving licence and on-call flexibility are required.
