Senior UX Researcher – Insight-Led Product Design

Taylor & Francis, part of Informa, is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to join our multidisciplinary product teams in the UK. You’ll lead qualitative and mixed-methods research across complex digital products to uncover user needs and inform strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Product Design, you’ll embed rigorous research practices, translate insights into design opportunities, and help shape a world-class evidence-led design culture.
