Gas Engineer

We are currently looking for a skilled Service & Breakdown Engineer to cover North and East London on behalf of one of our leading Social Housing Contractor Clients!

THE ROLE

Salary & Working Area

• Salary: £40-42K basic
• Enhanced rates for ECO & OOH
• OTE £45k- 50K
• Area of work: North and East London (E17, N16, E9, N22, E1 postcodes)

Package Overview

• Carry out servicing and remedial repairs to gas fired heating boilers within occupied and unoccupied properties.
• To meet the requirement and expectations of the Client or his/her representative in accordance with the Clients detailed specification, in a timely fashion and in compliance with current gas legislation.
• 45 hours per week
• Call out rota: 1 in 4 weeks
• To take part in ‘out-of-hours’ emergency call out on a rota basis – Schedule : Monday – Friday
• Buy and sell holiday

• 29 Days holiday including bank holidays (Increasing by 1 for every 2 years of employment)
• Van and fuel card provided
• Analyser, uniform, phone and PPE all provided
• Ongoing training & room for progression

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years qualified in Gas
• Previous Social Housing experience
• Full relevant ACS – including CKR1 and HTR1
• Availability Monday – Friday
• Clean DBS
• Clean Driving License (preferred)
