Commercial Manager (QS) – Major Public Sector Project

Bovis in Cirencester is seeking a Commercial Manager (Quantity Surveyor) to lead the project’s commercial activities on a major MoD contract. You will manage procurement, contract administration and reporting with a focus on value for money and risk management.

The role requires strong leadership, NEC/JCT knowledge, and experience with large-scale builds. You will liaise with client teams, manage changes, cashflows and forecasts while upholding safety and quality standards.
