Sales Operations Lead – Data-Driven, HubSpot & AI

Bright Software Group is seeking a Sales Operations Lead in Leamington Spa to own the day-to-day Sales Operations, partnering with the Director of Revenue Operations. You will govern HubSpot usage, drive process discipline, and build capability across the team to ensure scalable, accurate forecasting and reporting.

You will own pipeline reporting, deal validation, and full-funnel analytics, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Marketing and CS.
