PAIRES is hiring a Venture Scout to find high-potential companies and open relationships with direct investors. This fully remote, early-career role focuses on sourcing founders, crafting messages, and turning replies into calls to bring into the network.
You will work with the two co-founders and our investor team, learning how we screen deals and grow a network that backs private companies directly. AI tools are used daily to aid outreach and diligence.
