Global Listed Retail Company in London seeks a Commercial Contracts Lawyer with 3+ PQE to join for a 12-15 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will handle strategic commercial contracts across supply, distribution, warehousing, transport and technology agreements while providing pragmatic business-facing advice.
You will support Logistics and Operations teams on projects, navigate complex negotiations, and help mitigate risk in a fast-paced environment.
