Interim FM Account Lead – PFI/PPP, Hard & Soft Services

Empro Talent Ltd is seeking an urgent interim Account Manager to lead a PFI/PPP facilities management contract based in Norwich, with support to Colchester. The 3-month assignment requires starting as soon as possible and 37.5 hours per week.

You will drive delivery of hard and soft FM services, manage the client and SPV relationship, and own the P&L, forecasting and performance regimes, aiming to protect performance and reduce deductions.
