Head of Member Services & Growth (Remote)

The Ombudsman Association (OA) is a professional body for ombudsman schemes across the UK and beyond. This newly created 3-year FTC role leads the development and delivery of OA’s member services, developing Networks, coordinating re-validation for members, and driving funding streams to sustain the organisation.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the role requires strategic oversight and hands-on delivery, with remote working and periodic national travel across the UK and Ireland.
