Global PM&C Lead – Aerospace Programs

GKN Aerospace in Birmingham is seeking a seasoned Program and Commercial Manager to drive compliant, best‑practice PM&C across the Civil Aerostructures business. You will define and deploy standards, governance, and robust reporting to support decision making.

Leading global teams, you’ll embed tools, train staff, and ensure resources and capabilities meet strategic plans. A bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years’ relevant experience is required; IPMA Level C is a plus.
