Shift Manager – Inspire a Fast, Friendly Store Team

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager in Stoke‑on‑Trent to lead the shop during busy shifts, support the Manager, and ensure customers are put first with fast, friendly service.

You will inspire and coach the team, prepare products including sandwiches and oven management, keep displays well stocked, maintain a clean, presentable store, and uphold Greggs standards across in‑shop, delivery and Click+Collect channels.
