Regional Park Leader in Training: Designate GM

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Designate General Manager to lead across Norfolk & Essex region parks, gaining hands-on experience in all departments and preparing for a General Manager role.

You will rotate across parks for at least 6 months each, with regional mobility and close collaboration with General Managers and Regional Directors to deliver business plans and exceptional guest experiences.
