We are seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to work with our team to deliver products that innovate and evolve the insurance industry. You will take the lead on bridging the gap between clients and our technical teams to build innovative applications to revolutionise the way Lockton transact business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Host requirements gathering workshops and collate the output.
• Create and document system and business processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Gather and validate business requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning sessions.
• Share client feedback with the team.
• Support the creation of the backlog.
• Gather and document user stories.
• Help organize sprint reviews.
• Maintain product roadmap.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis or Software Engineering.
• Experience in the insurance industry or financial is beneficial but not critical.
• Experience working within Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
• Previous experience working with agile development methodologies.
• Clear understanding of product lifecycle and ceremonies.
