HSER Leader (12-Month FTC) – Safety & Sustainability

DS Smith is seeking an HSER Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract at Launceston, with occasional travel to Newport. The role leads the Health, Safety, Environmental and Risk function, embedding a proactive HSER culture to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the site.

You will drive the annual HSER plan, act as Management Representative, and collaborate with regulators and insurers while contributing to DS Smith’s wider HSER network and sustainability leadership.
