Job Description:
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council is seeking a Responsive Repairs Administrator to provide frontline admin support to the housing repairs service. You will be the main contact for tenants reporting repairs and issues, delivering high-quality customer service and accurate record-keeping.
You will work with the Assets team to coordinate voids, planned maintenance and reactive repairs, using Word and Excel to maintain records and schedules.
