Job Description
The role isfocused on driving revenue growth, improving win rates, and enhancingcommercial execution through structured pipeline management, marketintelligence, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination. This positionensures that global BD activities are data-driven, aligned, and scalable,supporting Oximio’s ambition to become a leading provider of clinical supplychain and GMP depot services globally.
KeyResponsibilities
Maintain andtrack the global BD pipeline across regions (EU, CIS, MENA, SSA, US)
Ensureaccuracy, consistency, and timeliness of CRM data
Developweekly/monthly pipeline reports and dashboards
Supportforecasting, revenue tracking, and conversion analysis
Identify gaps,risks, and opportunities within the pipeline
– Coordinate and support thedevelopment of high-quality client proposals (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs)
– Ensure consistency inmessaging, pricing structure, and value proposition
– Work cross-functionally withOperations, Quality, and Finance to build robust solutions
– Maintain a centralised libraryof proposal templates, case studies, and standard responses
3. MarketIntelligence & Opportunity Identification
– Conduct structured marketresearch (sponsors, CROs, clinical trial trends, modalities)
– Support development of accounttargeting strategies and heat maps
– Track competitor activity
– Identify emerging opportunities(e.g. CGT, LN2, decentralised trials)
– Translate data into actionableinsights for BD teams
– Support implementation ofglobal Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
– Align regional BD activitieswith global priorities
– Assist in development ofaccount plans for key strategic clients
– Support pricing strategy, ratecard alignment, and commercial modelling
– Track performance againstdefined KPIs and OKRs
5.Cross-Functional Coordination
– Act as a central interfacebetween BD, Operations, Quality, and Marketing
– Ensure alignment betweencommercial commitments and operational capability
– Support onboarding of newclients and handover to project teams, incl accounts forming part of theGraduation Bonus.
– Facilitate internalcommunication and follow-ups on key opportunities
6. Marketing& Brand Support
Collaborate withMarketing on:
– Event preparation (conferences,client events, webinars)
– Thought leadership content
– Ensure consistency of Oximio’svalue proposition across all channels
– Identify inefficiencies in BDprocesses and propose improvements
– Support implementation oftools, templates, and automation (CRM optimisation)
– Contribute to development of ascalable global BD playbook
Requirements
– Experience& Qualifications
5–8 years’experience in: BusinessDevelopment support, commercial operations, or sales enablement.Preferablywithin clinical trials, pharmaceuticals, or logistics
Strongunderstanding of:
Clinical supplychain / GMP depot services. Global clinical trial landscape. Experience workingin a matrix, international organisation
Advancedproficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor’sdegree required; advanced degree advantageous
– Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills
– High attention to detail andorganizational capability
– Commercial acumen andunderstanding of pricing dynamics
– Excellent communication andstakeholder management
– Ability to operate in afast-paced, global environment
