Head of Music & Performing Arts

Marchant Recruitment is assisting a prestigious independent school in Winchester to appoint a Head of Music. You will lead the Performing Arts department, direct classroom music, coordinate visiting peripatetic teachers, chapel choirs, orchestras, and termly concert schedules across all key stages.

You will teach academic Music (IGCSE / A-Level / IB) and drive an ambitious calendar of recitals, inter-house events, and external tours while working with senior management to maintain high standards
