Oxfordshire County Council is seeking a Technical Lead, Transport Modelling to shape evidence for transport investment and growth across Oxfordshire. You will oversee the council’s transport models, guide methodologies, and provide expert advice to planning, transport and policy teams.
Working with external consultants and regional partners, you will manage modelling programmes, data, and project delivery while mentoring Data Analysts and building modelling capability across the service.
